There's nothing I love more than a new hot hotel with an understated chicness and an ah-inspiring decor. A renovated adult 'summer camp' of sorts, the Ruschmeyer is made up of 19 simplistic yet sophisticated cabins. The use of canary yellow, picnic plaid and unfinished birch, has me craving a tall pim's cup and a rousing game of bocce ball.... it sorta feels like an ACE hotel, but with an irreplaceable Montauk mellowness.
